The programme aims to encourage the retraining of thoroughbreds into other disciplines upon completion of careers inward racing or breeding.

During a airplane pilot programme inward 2012, $100,000 was committed to the Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP)  for Equus caballus present sponsorships as well as non-competition awards, as well as 190 Equus caballus shows signed upward for sponsorship.
