The Unwanted Horse Coalition’s gelding plan completed its summertime schedule, amongst iv clinics betwixt May together with July.
The Minnesota Horse Council, Patterson Animal Hospital, Connecticut Draft Horse Rescue, together with Blaze’s Tribute Equine Rescue hosted clinics, castrating 66 stallions betwixt the iv organizations.
The coalition’s Operation Gelding plan has aided inwards the gelding of 489 stallions to date.
The subsidy provided for gelding nether the plan is $US50 per horse.
The coalition is continuing to attempt populace support, via tax-deductible donations, to extend the plan yr round.
Each donation of $US50 goes alone toward funding the gelding of a stallion.
