The New United Mexican U.S. Horse Council has written to the acre governor, urging her to back upwards plans for a Equus caballus slaughter constitute inward Roswell.

The council, representing 200 horses owners as well as xxx clubs, has written to Governor Susana Martinez, citing an informal survey of members showing 94 per cent inward favour of humane slaughter.

Council president Rusty Cook wrote: “Horses deserve amend than to last abandoned, starved, or transported long distances inward overcrowded trucks to slaughter inward unusual countries.”

Martinez has signalled her opposition to plans for the slaughterhouse.

Cook argues that a slaughter constitute would furnish considerable economical benefits to the state.
