Young NZ eventers receive govt scholarships

Eight immature New Zealand eventing riders convey received 2014 Athlete Prime Ministers Scholarships from the country’s government.
Administered by High Performance Sport New Zealand, the scholarships assist amongst the fees associated amongst 3rd educational activity in addition to living allowances. The maximum is $10,000 a year, in addition to a living allowance of $2000 per vi month
The riders receiving the scholarships are:
- Ellie Braddock
- Alexandra Chambers
- Francesca da Souza-Silver
- Georgia Duffy
- Bonnie Farrant
- Charlotte Grayling
- Tayla Mason
- Sarah Young
The programme, which was established inwards 2000, helps athletes attain educational qualifications to fix them for their lives later on sport.
