A major methamphetamine bust centered on Louisiana has resulted inward the arrest of eighteen people, many of them involved inward the racing industry, according to authorities.
The multi-agency Combined Anti-drug Team (CAT) swooped on Mon subsequently an 18-month operation, called Operation Havana Speed, serving eleven search warrants together with making the arrests inward the Vinton-Starks area.
